Packages and pricing
How much does a website cost?
Launch is $49 (student pricing, regularly $99), Presence is $199 (Founding Client Pricing, regularly $349), and Business is $349 (Founding Client Pricing, regularly $499). Custom projects are quoted by scope. Prices are one-time, not monthly. The website cost calculator shows which package fits, and running a website without a monthly fee covers the domain and hosting costs that remain.
What is Founding Client Pricing?
Available while Northframe builds its first client portfolio. Regular prices apply afterward. Launch is priced separately as student pricing.
Which package should I choose?
Launch suits student portfolios and resumes. Presence suits creators and professionals who need up to three pages. Business suits student organizations and small businesses that need up to five. Custom is for projects with accounts, databases, payments, or other custom functionality.
What does every package include?
Custom visual design, Responsive layout, Domain setup help, Deployment. You own the final site and accounts.
What is not included?
Logins, databases, and payments are not part of Launch, Presence, or Business, and are quoted under Custom. Domain registration and paid third-party services, like premium hosting or email plans, are billed separately where required.
What if I need more than my package includes?
If a request goes beyond your package, the price is updated and you approve it before work continues.
How a project works
What does the process look like?
Four steps, in order. Define: goals, pages, and content are agreed before any design starts. Design: layout, type, and color take shape around your content. Build: the design becomes a fast, responsive site you can review. Launch: domain, hosting, and accounts are set up in your name. How long will it take?
It depends on the package and how quickly content and feedback come back. No fixed turnaround is promised in advance. The request form asks for your timeline, and it is discussed before work starts.
How do I start?
Send a short project request. It asks about your project, the package you are interested in, and how to reach you. Sending a request has no cost and no commitment. You need an account so you can follow the project and pay for it in the client portal.
How many revisions do I get?
Launch includes 1 revision round, Presence 2, and Business 3. Custom projects are scoped individually.
Payments
How do payments work?
Payments go through Stripe. Launch is paid in full at the start. Presence and Business are split: half at the start, and the remaining balance after the included revision stage. Launch, transfer, and delivery of the finished site happen after the remaining balance is paid.
Can I cancel?
You can request to cancel within three calendar days of the initial purchase, as set out in the terms. After that, the initial payment may become non-refundable. The terms have the full wording.
Ownership
Who owns my website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, the finished code is yours to keep, host, and change, and hosting, analytics, and email live under your own logins. There is no locked platform and no dependency on Northframe to keep your site running. Website ownership explained goes into each piece.
Will my site show up on Google?
Presence and Business include SEO setup and analytics, which helps search engines read the site. No ranking is promised, because results depend on your content, your competition, and time.
